We are UK based; looking for Call Center to take calls from employees for their illness. Center need to provide appropriate medical advice to them and also need to recode of their absence.

Scope of work:
a) Center need to work on 24X7, 365 days a year.
b) Provide appropriate medical advice to employee by occupational qualified nurse
c) Reporting to Managers
d) To notify managers when an absence is reported and prompt managers when action is needed to manage absence.
e) Provide a secure internet accessible database providing real time sickness absence information and reporting capability.
f) Provide a dedicated Account Manager to be available daily to progress issues.

Payment terms are negotiable and looking for the best proposal. Interested service providers are requested to submit their proposal online to our website on or before 11th August 2009 by 12:00 pm. This tender is onshore and offsite and one dedicated Account Manager to be available who will attend face to face meetings and deal with daily progress issues.
