We are UK based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Customer Satisfaction Survey. We would like to conduct a survey to establish the value and continually improve the service offered for evaluation, recording and reporting customer feedback for our existing and proposed new services. Contract will be for 3 years and extendable for 1 more year.
Call Center Requirement:

1. Service provider needs conduct telephonic and website based survey.
2. Calls must be recorded.
3. We will provide calling data (contact numbers and e-mail address) of our customers.
   

Payment Terms are negotiable.Our budget is between 800000 GBP to 1500000 GBP. Service providers are requested to submit proposal on or before 14:00 Hrs on August 10, 2009 via our secured website submission. This tender is Global and Offsite. Provide may have to visit our location for meetings and briefing purpose.
