Description :
We are USA based organization looking for outsourcing partner for our requirement of Customer Service Support, Data Entry, Data Handling, Web and Database Development. Contract will be for 3 years.

Scope of Service:
(A.) Customer Service Requirements
- Service provider will receive correspondence via telephone, e-mail, post and online inquiry from our website. We will provide training materials for this.
- Service provider will receive inbound calls from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. The call center shall answer questions from customers from our approved FAQs.
(B.) Data Entry and Scanning Requirements
- Service provider will be responsible for the complete data entry and processing of all documents received at the Processing Center and through electronic submission as per the criteria that will be provided by us. There will be approximate 120000 documents needs to be scanned and data entered in to computer. There can maximum 6000 documents per week.
(C.) Web and Database Development
One of the methods of providing customer service will be through Web pages. These pages should be created and maintained by the service provider. Service provider should host these web pages on a server that is not hosted by our organization. However, those web pages must appear to be our organization’s web pages, even if they are not; therefore the Web pages should be similar to our website in terms of formatting and structure. Service provider should include in their proposals plans for web hosting of secure and unsecured websites. Our organization also can consider hosting the Web pages on our server if this would result in increased efficiency or better customer service.
(D.) Tracking Application of processed documents
Service provider needs to create an application for the maintenance of documents process and so we can check for reference. The development and maintenance of systems for the transmission and input of the aforementioned data files for tracking and processing of our organization is of important concern. Service provider can use this application in above operations to perform effectively.
(E.) We prefer service provider to have their Branch or Point of Contact in USA.
We are looking for the best proposals and payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before 14th August, 2009 by 4:00 PM via post, courier or hand delivered only. This tender is global and offsite. Provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings.
