We are UK based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Inbound Call Center Service. We are looking for service in every aspect of call center to run like goods, services, solutions, infrastructure and client side support. Our budget is between 500 million -1 billion for 2 year. Contract will be for 2 years and there after based or performance.
Call Center Requirement
A) Service provider needs provider service in Voice, Data or Both. These also include hardware, Risk analysis, Contingency planning and Testing of plans.
B) Service provider needs to evaluate our organization by our work requirement and needs to work on Strategy formulation, Project management, Procurement management, Analysis of communications contracts, Report writing, Risk analysis and financial analysis using a variety of information gathering methodologies and detailed analytical techniques.
C) Telecommunications consultancy and client side support required to help customers specify, establish and provide onward contract management. This may include the quality assurance support of the design, build and delivery of such services, as well as ongoing contract management, cost management and supplier performance management.
D) Service provider also needs to provide other hardware support to us.
E) We prefer service provider to have their branch office or Point of Contact based in UK.
Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to submit PQQ on or before 15:00 Hrs on August 4, 2009 via our secured web site submission. This tender is onshore and offsite. Service provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings.
