We are USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider (From USA Only) for our requirement to provide Health related Assistance via Telephone Answering Service. Service provider will receive calls from our patients for information and advice and those calls needs to be forwarded or answered. Contract will be for 1 year and can be extendable upto 3 more years depends upon performance.
Scope of Service
A) Service provider will receive call from our patients for general information or medical assistance and advice. Service provider needs to answer those calls, answer in best way and forward some of the calls to our teams.
B) Service provider needs to provide 24 X 7 services.
C) Calls will be related to urgent questions about illness and healthcare. So, these call must be handled very carefully.
D) We will provide the medical FAQ to selected service provider to answer the queries. If operator is not able to answer the call, call must be forwarded to our medical team immediately.
We are looking for the best proposals and payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to contact us on or before July 28, 2009 via post, currier or email. This tender is onshore and offsite.
